Notes about the rental rates
Reservations are Saturday to Saturday in high season. (Flexible in low season so please ask.)
· Check in on the day of arrival is 16h00; check out on the day of departure is 11h00.
· Laundry and cleaning services are £35 per reservation.
· A non-refundable booking fee of either £100 or 20% of the holiday cost is required to secure your reservation plus a returnable security deposit of £150.
· Full payment is required six weeks prior to the date of your first night.
Availability
The apartment is offered on a self-contained,
self-catering basis. It is generally available for rent year
round. Bookings can only be taken from Saturday to Saturday in the high
season - July and August.
