Markets

Markets (mercados) are a common sight in towns and villages throughout Andalucia, and are an essential part of Spanish life. Near Mijas Golf there are markets every day of the week:
Spanish olives on sale at a market Monday: Marbella in Arroya Primero by football stadium
Tuesday: Mijas in the village; Fuengirola in the fair precinct Avenida Jusus
Wednesday: Calahonda
Thursday: San Pedro calle Vega del Mar Arquillo district
Friday: Benalmadena next to Tivoli and in the La Paloma fair precinct Calahonda
Saturday: Pto Banus Nueva Andalucia – the Bullring (very good); Mijas Costa near Euromarket Fuengirola
Sunday: Fuengirola in the port

Beaches
