Notes about the rental rates
· Check in on the day of arrival is 16h00; check out on the day of departure is 11h00.
· There is some flexibility on days and times by special arrangement and in low season, so please ask.
· Linen and laundry services are £6 per guest. Guests are expected to clean the apartment before they leave, a cleaning service is available and payable locally in euros.
· A non-refundable deposit of either £100 or 20% of the holiday amount is required to secure your booking plus a returnable security deposit of £200.
· Full payment is required eight weeks prior to the date of your first night. |
